The Bible has been my source of inspiration, consolation, strength, enlightment and courage. In a world that otherwise
makes no sense and seems meaningless, through the big picture of reality painted in the Bible, I get a clear sense of perspective,
meaning and relevance.
This all centers in the eternal person of
Jesus Christ, as revealed in the Bible. Jesus is also the central theme of Ellen G. White's writings. If you look at an
index to her writings, the topic of Jesus dominates all others in terms of space and attention.
Ellen
White received angelic visitors who spoke to her, made themselves visible and communicated messages from God. Her writings
have reflected the beauty, simplicity and love of heaven to me. As one who knew God intimately, frequently visited with angels,
and devoted her life to exalting Jesus Christ, her words are an incredible inspiration to me. She always points back to the
Bible as the ultimate authority for all things and to Jesus Christ as the revealer of God's character. Hopefully the quotes
I've shared on the home page will adequately reflect that.
